Senol Sak - Turkey

*Senol Sak is born in Bolu, and he lives in Turkey. He graduated from the art school in Bolu. He is a painter, and he works with only one motif. It is the motif of fish. He is doing this for more than fifteen years. His paintings are using this motif, because there are only a couple of motifs known all over the world, and one of these motifs is the form of the fish. All over the world people can see and imagine the work and translate it themselves.

He uses this motif (fish) even if it is very risky to use only one motif, because it is understood all over the world. He keeps on using this motif for fifteen years. He wants to do it all through his life.

He uses mixed techniques, watercolor, oil pastels, and he is not just using one of these. He also mixes up these products.
*Translation, artist Yasemin Yilmaz
